A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a VP, Client Delivery to lead client operations and project delivery excellence in Japan. The selected candidate will oversee cross-functional teams to ensure operational quality, client satisfaction, and process optimisation.

Responsibilities:

• Align with global operations to implement best practices and standardise processes
• Manage client relationships in coordination with project delivery teams
• Support project delivery during capacity constraints, from brief to final presentation
• Lead and mentor project management, analysis, and field operations teams
• Contribute to P&L oversight and participate in business reviews
• Collaborate on annual forecasting and business planning with Japan leadership

Requirements:

• Experience in in-house pharma sales management, marketing management, business unit head or management consultant with high level client facing interaction around sales and marketing capability
• Prior experience in senior level management and leadership (developing people and acting as a coach for colleagues/reports)
• Understanding of STEM, its clients, its operations and how to develop business for STEM is ideal
• Native level Japanese; business level English
