エキスパートテクノロジスト/ Expert Technologist

A global energy and chemical company is looking for an Expert Technologist. The selected candidate will drive product technology strategy, technical support, training, compliance, and industry engagement across the market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop technology roadmaps using market, product, application, and specification insights
• Act as a subject matter expert for product testing, deployment, launches, and portfolio support
• Provide technical guidance on product recommendations, quality issues, investigations, and specifications
• Review external technical materials, product data, event content, and labels for accuracy
• Deliver technical training, mentor junior technologists, and strengthen technical capability
• Represent technical interests with OEMs, trade groups, industry bodies, and internal leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry or chemical engineering or a related technical
• More than 10 years of experience in a technical role
• Experience of lubricant development, quality assurance and technology
  commercialisation and deployment
• Prior experience in digitialisation of data and reporting
• Skilled in networking, motivating and leading across different functions
