テクニカルサービスマネージャー/ Technical Services Manager

A global investment management company is seeking a Technical Services Manager. The successful candidate will oversee building operations, maintenance, and engineering systems while ensuring efficient project execution and asset optimisation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and replacement of M&E facilities and systems across multiple assets
• Provide technical guidance on resolving complex structural and mechanical issues
• Lead and monitor building defect rectification, conversion works, and asset improvement projects
• Coordinate with procurement to source and manage consultants and contractors for project implementation
• Evaluate building design proposals for functionality, operations, and compliance in both existing and new projects
• Manage budgets and long-term planning for asset maintenance, repair, and capital expenditure
• Recommend and implement innovations or automation to enhance energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Prepare management reports with key findings and recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering (electrical or mechanical)
• 7-10 years of experience in maintaining M&E building systems
• Experience in building automation system is a plus
• Prior experience with SAP is preferred
• Understanding in tenant management, building maintenance, technical services and
  construction work
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid Fire Safety Manager certification is ideal
• Proficient in English
