AM/テクニシャン – PV運用/ AM/Technician – PV Operations

A multinational energy company is seeking an AM Technician – PV Operations. The selected candidate will ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability of solar assets through technical expertise and proactive management.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on PV plants and related equipment
• Monitor plant performance and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Perform inspections, testing, and on-site condition reporting
• Analyse and report monthly PR values and availability rates
• Oversee daily remote monitoring, failure reports, and O&M activity alerts
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance operations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Maintain accurate operational logs, documentation, and incident reports
• Support improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and reliability
• Prepare technical analyses and simulation reports such as PVSYST

Requirements:

• Technical degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
• Experience in operations, maintenance, or technical support in the energy or industrial sector
• Prior PV experience required
• Proficient in electrical systems, inverters, and monitoring systems
• Skilled in the use of tools, safety procedures, and field operations
• Native level Japanese; advanced level English; Spanish is a plus
