リカバリースペシャリスト/ Recovery Specialist

A leading disaster recovery and engineering services company is hiring a Recovery Specialist. The selected candidate will lead damage assessments, deliver recovery solutions, and drive both technical execution and client engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure opportunities for recovery, repair, and reconstruction services
• Conduct damage assessments and develop detailed quotations
• Provide technical advice that supports insurance claim settlements
• Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, cost control, and quality assurance
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the recovery process
• Mentor Project Managers to elevate their technical and commercial competencies
• Coordinate pre-sales activities and represent the company in technical presentations and events
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, quality systems, and reporting protocols

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical)
• Experience in industrial plant maintenance, technical sales, and financial project management
• Skilled in quality systems and people management
• Ability and willingness to attend incident sites and travel as needed
• Business level Japanese; proficient in English
