An international energy solutions provider is seeking a Sales Representative / Sales Supervisor. The successful candidate will drive sales growth by developing key accounts, executing market strategies, and building strong stakeholder relationships within the solar industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop key account commercial solar and ground-mounted projects
  • Develop the market to create new business opportunities
  • Represent the company and build relationships with government, investors, and developers
  • Acquire new customers and manage existing customer relationships
  • Track key account activities in Salesforce and provide regular reporting
  • Participate in local and regional trade fairs
  • Grow market share and increase revenue, profitability, and cash flow in line with KPIs
  • Support marketing activities and market communications
  • Build strong understanding of the market and industry
  • Implement action plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Conduct frequent business travel to meet clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales in the PV solar industry in the Japanese market
  • Good understanding of the local Japanese market
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication and organisational skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel
