プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

A global energy technology company is looking for a Project Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing planned and unplanned gas turbine outages, coordinating with global project and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide project management for large gas turbines, including MGT-800 (60MW rated gas turbine) and SGT-100, 200 & 400 (5-13MW rated gas turbines), for planned and unplanned outages in Japan
• Co-work with local and global project and site teams to troubleshoot and execute planned and unplanned outages
• Provide site management at the site when required
• Create and submit a technical report at the end of every assigned work
• Act as the interface between the customer and the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• More than 5 years of experience in power generation project management for gas turbines, steam turbines, boilers, compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, and construction
• Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural team
• Native level written and verbal Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in guiding other team members to complete tasks at the site
