プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

An international technology leader is looking for a Project Manager. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery, manage stakeholder communications, mitigate risks, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects through planning, execution, delivery, and site installation
• Coordinate with customers on specifications, schedules, and project requirements
• Facilitate project meetings and manage escalations related to pricing and scope changes
• Communicate project progress, issue resolution, and implementation plans to customers
• Present project status, costs, risks, and performance updates to management
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks while escalating critical issues when required
• Analyse budget performance and recommend corrective actions to address variances
• Manage procurement and logistics activities to support project timelines
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and accountability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering
• More than 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a related industry
• Experience in high-voltage equipment or infrastructure projects
• Possess valid PM or equivalent certification
• Fluent level reading, written, and verbal Japanese; business level written and verbal English
