電気施工管理エンジニア/ Electrical Construction Management Engineer

A multinational energy company is looking for a 1st Class Electrical Construction Management Engineer. The selected candidate will manage technical project support, warehouse operations, tool and equipment control, logistics coordination, and compliance activities to support wind energy projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical programme and project management best practices and provide training and mentoring to project teams
  • Monitor dependencies across multiple technical projects
  • Gather and report consolidated project status and financial information to leadership
  • Review project adherence to methodologies, budgets, and timelines where required
  • Support staffing and management of major technical projects where applicable
  • Manage stock of tools, equipment, and parts
  • Maintain calibration management for tools, equipment, and components
  • Order and source tools, components, and equipment for warehouse operations
  • Assess warehouse management status and implement corrective actions
  • Submit maintenance certificates for equipment requiring periodic inspections and distribute relevant documentation
  • Coordinate dispatch, collection, and logistics of tools, equipment, components, and materials
  • Coordinate dispatch schedules with site managers
  • Monitor return status of tools, parts, and equipment
  • Manage replacement of damaged or unsuitable tools, parts, and equipment
  • Prepare toolkits and attach calibration and safety documentation for delivered equipment

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience as a service engineer in the wind energy industry
  • Experience preparing construction-related documents for submission to the Labour Standards Inspection Office
  • Knowledge of technical programme and project management
  • Knowledge of warehouse, tool, equipment, and logistics management
  • Possess a valid Japanese driver's licence
  • Possess a valid 1st Class Electrical Construction Management Engineer certification
  • Proficient in Japanese; intermediate level English

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience in tool procurement, delivery, and traceability
  • Experience in warehouse management
  • Experience in procurement operations
  • Business level English
