プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

An international integrated security solutions company is seeking a Project Manager. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects through all phases including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure, using project management frameworks
• Define and track project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on time
• Monitor project costs and resolve financial disputes to keep projects within budget
• Plan and manage onsite resources to ensure optimal project delivery
• Prepare monthly cost forecasts to meet revenue and gross margin targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors to ensure project success
• Communicate project risks to stakeholders and develop mitigation and contingency plans
• Identify and address project risks proactively and lead resolution of issues
• Coach and guide project coordinators, providing support and direction
• Ensure occupational health and safety standards are met, including subcontractor compliance
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements to enhance project delivery
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and accuracy under tight deadlines

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electronic security industry or a technical environment
• Experience in project management within electronic security or technical environments
• In-depth knowledge of electronic security systems and system design, particularly in access control and CCTV systems for data centres
• Understanding of financial analysis, cost management, and project profitability
• Strong programming skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and MS Project
• Possess a valid certification in Lennel access control or a similar security system

• Possess a valid project management certification such as PMI or equivalent
