継続的改善マネージャー/ Continuous Improvement Manager

A renowned energy company is seeking an Operating Unit Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager. The role will drive quality initiatives and lead continuous improvement strategies to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Drive quality and continuous improvement strategy in alignment with business objectives
• Ensure customer feedback is integrated into decisions and improvement plans
• Oversee process management to maintain quality and prevent defects
• Implement effective internal controls and monitor quality metrics
• Deploy Lean Six Sigma and other CI methodologies to achieve operational excellence
• Manage and maintain certified Quality Management Systems and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, quality management, or a relevant domain (electrical or mechanical engineering is ideal)
• More than 20 years of experience as quality professional in reputable engineering or EPC companies
• Experience in business process enhancement, data gathering, and analysis
• Background in Six Sigma, Quality tools like 7 QC & 8-D Tools, 5S and Kaizen
• Understanding of quality assurance and quality control management
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid GB or BB certification is preferred
• Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 800+)
