陸上風力発電EPCマネージャー/ Onshore Wind EPC Manager

A progressive energy company is seeking an experienced Onshore Wind EPC Manager. The selected candidate will manage design, contracting, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering design with advisors and contractors to optimise risk-return balance
• Develop and execute EPC procurement strategies, ensuring contract structure and scope efficiency
• Coordinate with development teams and advisors to meet project schedules and technical requirements
• Oversee on-site construction, including civil works, turbine installation, and grid connection
• Enforce safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage commissioning and handover to ensure operational readiness and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, renewable energy, or a relevant domain
• More than 5 years of experience in the wind energy domain
• Background in managing large-scale energy projects (budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation)
• Knowledge of Onshore Wind technologies, gird integration, and renewable energy systems
• Proficient in written and spoken Japanese (English is ideal)
