修理およびローカリゼーションマネージャー/ Repair and Localisation Manager

A renowned energy company is looking for a Repair and Localisation Manager. The selected candidate will lead steam turbine repair projects and support customers and internal teams with technical expertise. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement steam turbine repair projects
• Inspect turbine components and identify damage or wear
• Develop effective repair and refurbishment strategies
• Support subcontractor qualification and capability development
• Communicate regularly with customers to address technical repair needs
• Collaborate with project management, sales, and headquarters technical teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering (steam turbine sector is ideal)
• Experience in the international repair and engineering setting
• Prior experience in field service
• Proven experience dealing with different cultures and working in an international setting
• Fluent level written and spoken English and Japanese
