A multinational technology company is looking for a Services A2O Engineer. The selected candidate will provide technical support to the sales team and customers while assisting in marketing and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Support sales team with technical expertise for marketing and sales activities
• Engage with customers and sales representatives to understand needs and applications
• Evaluate customer support issues and maintain positive customer relations
• Prepare technical samples, designs, and presentations based on customer requirements
• Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, workshops, and meetings
• Update team on current industry developments and technical advancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering
• 7-10 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of Oil, Produced Water, Sea Water, Gas Treatment technologies
• Understanding of process industry, refineries and capable to perform audits at different client industries
• Skilled in External/internal Client facing and stakeholder management
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in English; native level Japanese
