土木許認可管理責任者/ Civil 1st Class Permit Manager

A renowned solar energy company is seeking a Civil 1st Class Permit Manager. The selected candidate will oversee permit acquisition, compliance, and coordination for solar energy projects.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with authorities, consultants, and internal teams to secure permits
• Review and manage documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• Conduct site assessments, visits, and analysis, and prepare related reports
• Prepare and support documentation for permit and approval processes
• Monitor and document civil engineering work progress to ensure compliance
• Support construction and development teams during design and execution phases

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in civil construction
• Experience with Japanese authorities and local regulations
• Prior experience in solar power generation or renewable energy domain is ideal
• Proven experience with BIM/CAD tools
• Understanding of Japanese civil and construction law
• Possess valid driver’s licence
• Proficient in Japanese (English is a plus)
