サービスエンジニア/ Service Engineer

A multinational power management company is looking for a Service Engineer. The selected candidate will deliver technical support, manage service contracts, and drive service quality and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver after-sales technical support including testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Conduct technical service training for internal and external engineers
• Manage specific service contracts as main contact and drive upselling opportunities
• Coordinate with R&D teams to resolve technical issues and escalate when needed
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety practices
• Conduct on-the-job training and represent the company in customer-facing roles

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical engineering
• More than 3 years of experience in field support (installation work, support and start-up, test)
• More than 3 years of experience in service support (after-sales service, troubleshooting, etc.)
• More than 3 years of experience in large-scale electrical equipment (inverter, battery, high-voltage distribution board, etc.)
