グローバル事業開発アソシエイト/ Global Business Development Associate

A leading Japanese manufacturer is seeking a Global Business Development Associate. The successful candidate will establish overseas operations, develop strategic partnerships, drive new business opportunities and contribute to global growth initiatives alongside senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Support the establishment of overseas branches in the United States, Southeast Asia or China
• Identify and develop overseas business partners and establish strategic alliances
• Drive new business development and contribute to the company’s global growth strategy
• Collaborate directly with senior executives on international expansion initiatives
• Support domestic and international mergers and acquisitions projects and new business creation, depending on experience and aptitude
• Travel domestically and internationally as required, including trips to the United States and Southeast Asia
• Undertake potential overseas assignments of approximately 3-5 years in the future

Requirements:

• More than 1 year of overseas study or overseas assignment experience
• Experience in business development, domestically or internationally
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Master’s degree
• Overseas expatriate or assignment experience
• Outstanding achievements in your current or previous position
