産業事業開発マネージャー/ Industrial Business Development Manager
A multinational industrial oil company is seeking an Industrial Business Development Manager (Global Accounts). The selected candidate will drive growth in industrial global accounts by developing strategies, managing sales pipelines, leading major projects, and delivering profitable business aligned with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve short- and long-term business objectives
- Handle daily sales activities and manage key revenue metrics through sales and marketing initiatives
- Create strategic business development plans aligned with industrial growth sectors
- Ensure compliance with HSSE, ethical, and regulatory standards while delivering volume, turnover, and margin growth
- Identify and align key partners to support business plan execution
- Lead large global tenders and projects while collaborating with regional, cluster, and local teams
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and deliver new profitable business
- Support strategy implementation and pipeline delivery across global industrial accounts
- Design project milestones with clear growth targets and lead execution using project management principles
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Analyse customer insights and technology trends to enhance product and service offerings
- Coordinate with other business units to meet targets for industrial innovation trends
- Participate in global account management networks to share best practices and accelerate strategy delivery
- Ensure all business activities comply with code of conduct, legal requirements, and health, safety, and environmental policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering with business degree
- More than 10 years of experience in Sales / Marketing including exposure to Industrial product sales
