ビジネスディベロップメントマネージャー/ Business Development Manager

A renowned energy IoT solutions company is looking for a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will drive growth strategies, develop sales channels, and localise solutions for the Japanese market. This is a remote setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute growth strategies for the Japanese market
• Develop and implement sales strategies, including marketing, channels, and pricing
• Localise product designs and solutions to fit the Japanese market needs
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to propose business policies
• Build brand value and foster long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with the head office on exhibitions, seminars, customer training, and after-sales service

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of work experience
• Practical experience in developing solar power plants and energy storage systems in Japan
• Prior experience in selling B2B software or technology products
• Understanding of the energy industry’s value chain and stakeholders
• Ability to build trust with customers and establish long-term partnerships
• Business level Japanese and English
