An international consumer intelligence company is hiring a Principal Customer Success Manager. The selected candidate will drive strategic outcomes for enterprise clients by enhancing retention, growth, and executive relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders to improve adoption and engagement
  • Lead renewal and expansion processes and collaborate with Sales to drive successful outcomes
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and data insights
  • Advocate customer feedback internally to influence product strategy and development
  • Provide thought leadership to improve customer success strategies and operational processes
  • Forecast account health, address risks, and regularly report trends to leadership
  • Align customer goals with technology through Mutual Success Plans
  • Mentor team members and share best practices across the Customer Success organisation
  • Participate in strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and internal efficiency
  • Maintain Salesforce account notes, log feature requests, and escalate risks when necessary

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales within SaaS
  • Proven success managing and expanding enterprise portfolios and engaging with executive stakeholders
  • Proficient in SFDC, Gainsight, Gong, Sales Navigator, and 6Sense
  • Ability to work with SaaS contracts, legal, and procurement teams
  • Skilled in value selling, strategic account planning, and cross-functional collaboration
