Agency Operations Director

A global tech and media platform company is looking for an Agency Operations Director. The selected candidate will lead creator agency partnerships and develop strategic initiatives to grow the live streaming ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the acquisition and partnership development of creator agencies
• Develop agency strategies based on market and competitor research
• Identify and onboard new creator agencies and talent management companies
• Support livestreaming activities through agency reporting and operational assistance
• Create manuals and community guidelines for agencies and talent partners
• Conduct workshops for agencies and talent management companies
• Manage goals and KPIs and conduct data analysis
• Plan and execute related strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• More than 1 year of team management experience
• Practical experience in sales or business development in the IT, media, or entertainment industry
• Experience in the live streaming industry is ideal
• Prior B2B sales experience in new business development is a plus
• Proven experience in building and managing a team from scratch is desired
• Business level Japanese; proficient in English
