シニア カスタマー サクセス マネージャー/ Senior Customer Success Manager

An international eCommerce company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Ads Analytics & Insights. The selected candidate will deliver data-driven insights to guide advertising strategies, build client relationships, and drive brand success.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse proprietary data and research to generate actionable advertising insights
• Integrate market trends, technology, and client business knowledge to shape brand strategies
• Present insights to clients and collaborate with internal teams for optimal campaign outcomes
• Represent the company at industry events and share thought leadership perspectives
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve processes and customer success
• Educate stakeholders through training sessions, documentation, and whitepapers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (MBA or master’s degree in economics, marketing, statistics, or advertising is ideal)
• More than 10 years of experience in data analytics with direct client interaction
• More than 5 years of experience in advertising with leading brands or agencies
• Experience in business/ digital media planning is preferred
• Strong data-driven storytelling skills
• Skilled in SQL
• Proficient in analytical tools (Python, R, SAS, etc.)
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and methodologies is desired
• Understanding of linear regression analysis, multivariate regression analysis, and model building is advantageous
• Fluent level Japanese and English
