Eコマーススペシャリスト/ Ecommerce Specialist

A multinational sports and outdoor retailer is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist. The selected candidate will manage product pages and campaigns, create digital content, analyse performance, optimise advertising, and coordinate with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Register products by uploading product information and images and creating product pages
• Update product information and images on product pages
• Create and publish product page content
• Manage campaign schedules and information
• Create and publish banners and other campaign-related content
• Apply and remove campaign settings on product pages
• Create and send newsletters
• Manage social media accounts by creating messages and other content
• Create campaign pages
• Analyse data and create reports
• Improve operational tasks using AI
• Strategise product page structure
• Adjust advertising settings
• Communicate with the Supply team regarding stock-related issues
• Communicate with the Customer Service team regarding customer enquiries

Requirements:

• 1-2 year of experience in e-commerce operations, including proprietary or standalone e-commerce websites or shopping stores
• Experience working with MS Office Suites or Google Workspace
• Experience working with graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
• Experience working with basic AI software such as ChatGPT or Gemini
• RMS operation and management skills
• Image creation and editing skills
• Research skills
• Basic web knowledge including HTML
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience managing social media accounts such as Instagram, X, or LINE
• Interest in sports and outdoor activities
• Interest in online shopping, trending products, sports brands, and design
