eコマース カスタマーマネージャー DTC日本/ eCommerce Customer Manager DTC Japan

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for an eCommerce Customer Manager (DTC Japan). The selected candidate will lead and scale the Japan DTC business, driving financial performance, customer growth, and digital sales excellence. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Japan DTC business performance across sell-in, sell-out, market share, inventory, and P&L
• Develop data-driven operational plans focused on acquisition, retention, and ROI-driven 4P strategies
• Oversee CRM operations, customer management, and complaint handling with a customer-first approach
• Drive demand forecasting, sales promotions, and digital content planning, execution, and review
• Coordinate and optimise digital sales channels to ensure consistency and performance delivery
• Design and expand a scalable DTC growth model beyond the Japan market

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in managing online retail channels and stores
• Experience with CRM Management
• Prior healthcare and or FMCG industry
• Excellent ownership on financial commitment and strong capability on planning and execution
• Fluent level Japanese; proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in managing online retail channels and stores in preferred industries
  such as Health care, FMCG, cosmetics, OTC experience
