事業化アソシエイトマネージャー/ Commercialisation Associate Manager

An international food company is looking for a Commercialisation Associate Manager or Expert. The selected candidate will lead product development and commercialisation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, and deliver innovative food products from concept to launch.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product development and commercialisation across multiple food categories
• Develop prototypes, formulations, specifications, and manufacturing processes with chefs and co-manufacturers
• Collaborate with Marketing, QA/RA, Customer Service, Procurement, and external partners to deliver new product launches
• Identify and develop new product concepts, ingredients, raw materials, and production technologies
• Evaluate and manage co-manufacturers while ensuring production capability and quality standards
• Drive quality improvements and value optimisation for existing products through formulation and process enhancements
• Provide technical expertise and monitor emerging technologies, consumer trends, and product innovations
• Coach team members and contribute to technical and project management capability development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Food Technology, or Food Science
• More than 7 years of experience in R&D, product development, application technology, or equivalent within the food industry
• Experience in chocolate, baked goods, beverages, dairy products, sweets, bakery, or related food categories
• Experience in laboratory and factory trials for product development and manufacturing process establishment
• Knowledge of ingredients, formulations, manufacturing processes, food regulations, and labelling requirements
• Experience designing trial protocols, conducting testing, and analysing data for product development and quality validation
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle and Japanese consumer taste trends
• Business level English
