A global animal nutrition company is looking for a Key Account Sales Manager. The selected candidate will develop feed additive sales with key account broiler and swine customers, acquire new business opportunities, implement sales strategies, and manage customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop feed additive business with domestic key account broiler and/or swine customers
  • Acquire new key account customers and expand business opportunities
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies
  • Monitor market developments and maintain close communication with product management teams
  • Prepare and implement business plans for key accounts in Japan
  • Visit customers regularly and build strong customer relationships
  • Understand customer value chains to deliver suitable products, programmes, and services
  • Coordinate with product management and technical teams to ensure effective communication
  • Prepare sales budgets and achieve annual sales targets

Requirements:

  • Vocational degree or above in animal science or microbiology
  • Several years of experience in sales of feed additives to broiler and/or swine key accounts in Japan
  • Knowledge of feed additive products and customer value chains
  • Strong technological insight
  • Proficient in English
