カスタマーサービススペシャリスト/ Customer Service Specialist
A global chemical company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist. The selected candidate will manage Order-to-Cash processes, monitor supply chain KPIs, drive operational improvements, and deliver high-quality customer service to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Order-to-Cash processes and resolve customer issues
- Monitor and analyse supply chain KPIs and implement improvement actions
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor logistics providers and support smooth supply chain operations
- Deliver customer-oriented services to support sales and business growth
- Contribute to supply chain-related projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 2 years of experience in supply chain or customer service
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Native level Japanese; business level English
