A multinational chemical solutions company is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist. The selected candidate will drive business growth by managing key accounts, identifying new opportunities, and aligning sales plans with marketing and product strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage direct customer and distributor accounts to achieve sales goals aligned with marketing and product plans
• Develop and implement account plans in collaboration with product, marketing, and supply chain teams
• Identify customer needs and discover new business opportunities in existing and new markets
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and support growth initiatives
• Drive specialty product growth with marketing and technical service teams
• Lead negotiations and develop pricing strategies in alignment with business goals and compliance requirements
• Share market insights, competitor analysis, and industry trends with product, marketing, and R&D teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5-10 years of experience in sales
• Practical experience in the chemical industry
• Experience in marketing projects and account management
• Technical background preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level Japanese and English
