A global agricultural science company is looking for a Field Sales Representative. The selected candidate will promote agricultural solutions, execute area sales strategies, and build strong partnerships with distributors and key stakeholders to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Align with distributor sales teams and channel partners to execute promotion activities based on area sales plans
  • Execute promotional activities in target regions in collaboration with distributors and channel partners
  • Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders including Prefectural Agricultural Research Stations to obtain recommendations
  • Analyse market trends and support strategy development and implementation
  • Develop and implement area sales plans based on national marketing strategy
  • Promote product stewardship to channel customers and end users

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in agriculture or related field
  • More than 3 years of experience in sales and marketing of agrochemicals
  • Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, distributors, and channel partners
  • Strong planning skills and business acumen
  • PC skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Proficient in Japanese and English
