営業担当/ Sales Representative
An international food enterprise is seeking a Sales Representative. The selected candidate will manage ingredient sourcing, customer relationships, and commercial transactions while ensuring compliance, risk control, and delivery of business targets.
Responsibilities:
- Drive profitable growth across assigned products and accounts while meeting risk control requirements under management supervision
- Source beverage ingredients including fruit juices, beverage additives, tea leaves, and coffee products to meet customer specifications
- Manage daily trading transactions including product specifications, quality control, food safety, and delivery requirements
- Develop new business opportunities across new products, customers, and suppliers to support revenue growth
- Execute PDCA cycles for assigned products and accounts to improve performance and profitability
- Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth commercial operations
- Monitor contracts, inventory, credit positions, and foreign exchange exposure to mitigate business risks
- Handle customer claims and coordinate with operations teams to resolve issues and minimise losses
- Develop and execute business plans including sales forecasts, pricing, volume, and profitability targets
- Ensure supplier compliance with food safety policies and guidelines
Requirements:
- Knowledge of food industry practices including risk management, trade flows, regulations, and food safety
- Experience in client relationship management and handling difficult customer situations
- Ability to review financial statements including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Strong presentation, marketing, and negotiation skills focused on win-win outcomes
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
Preferred requirements:
- Advanced accounting knowledge
- Fluent level English
