A multinational industrial solutions company is looking for an Industrial Business Development Manager (Global Accounts). The selected candidate will lead strategic growth initiatives across key global accounts. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account strategies aligned with industrial business objectives
  • Coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders to execute plans
  • Lead global tenders and projects in collaboration with regional and local teams
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to deliver new, profitable business
  • Drive regional strategy execution and pipeline delivery for global accounts
  • Define project milestones and manage them using project management principles
  • Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and new opportunities in strategic segments
  • Share industry insights internally to support product development and value proposition
  • Coordinate with other internal business units to align on innovation trends
  • Actively contribute to the global account management network
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and local regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or Business is ideal
  • More than 10 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, including industrial product sales
  • More than 5 years of experience in Account Management, business relationships or business development for large accounts
  • Ability and willingness to travel
