シニアサイエンティスト / Senior Scientist

A global science and technology company is looking for a Senior Scientist in Abrasive Technology (CMP). The chosen candidate will lead the development of innovative nanoparticle technologies for Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP).

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects focused on the design, synthesis, characterisation, and application of innovative nanoparticle technologies for CMP slurries
• Develop and maintain the abrasive technology roadmap to support business objectives
• Manage projects with defined milestones, success criteria, and project timelines
• Design and conduct laboratory experiments and metrology activities to evaluate nanoparticle performance
• Analyse experimental data and derive actionable insights to support technology development
• Collaborate with cross-regional, cross-functional teams and central units to accelerate the development and implementation of new particle technologies
• Present technical findings and recommendations to Sales, Marketing, Management, and other stakeholders
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and successful project execution
• Drive innovation by identifying new approaches and continuously improving nanoparticle formulations for CMP applications

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science
• More than 5 years of experience in particle-related research, development, and application

Preferred Requirements:

• Ph. D degree within the abrasive/inorganic nanoparticle research area
• Working experience in abrasive/inorganic nanoparticle RD, metrology and application in an industrial setting
• Proven expertise in nanoparticle synthesis, characterisation, and development through publication and commercialisation
• Previous exposure to the semiconductor industry, particularly in CMP formulation and/or applications
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience in project management
• Proficient in written and verbal English
