地域委託製造リード/ Regional Contract Manufacturing Lead

A global chemical company is looking for a Regional Contract Manufacturing Lead. The selected candidate will drive performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across contract manufacturers in Asia. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead performance accountability for contract manufacturers across supply, quality, productivity, and safety
• Build a continuous improvement culture and strengthen “Partner of Choice” relationships with CMs
• Act as the primary business liaison to coordinate resources and resolve critical operational issues
• Evaluate CM performance and recommend volume adjustments to optimise cost and supply outcomes
• Oversee compliant resolution of customer and CM issues in collaboration with internal teams
• Manage leverage-in projects and conduct make-versus-buy assessments to support growth strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field
• More than 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, contract manufacturing, supply chain, or related fields within an industrial, pharmaceutical, or technology-driven environment
• Business level written and spoken Japanese and English
