コマーシャル更改スペシャリスト/ Commercial Renewal Specialist

An international financial services company is looking for a Commercial Renewal Specialist. The selected candidate will manage subscription renewals, customer retention, and account relationships while ensuring effective commercial execution and revenue retention.

Responsibilities:

• Manage renewal and retention activities for a portfolio of small to mid-sized subscription clients
• Execute end-to-end subscription renewals in line with internal commercial policies
• Engage customers on renewal schedules, pricing, documentation, and retention discussions
• Coordinate with sales, operations, compliance, and customer service teams to resolve account issues
• Maintain accurate renewal forecasts, pipelines, and customer records using CRM tools
• Conduct customer reviews and regular engagement to identify retention risks and growth opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in in business, finance, economics, or a related field
• Experience in account management, commercial renewals, customer retention, or related client facing roles
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of subscription-based business models; experience with Data or
  Know Your Customer related products
