グローバル市場営業/ Global Markets Sales

A financial markets organisation is seeking a professional to support a Global Markets Sales professional. The successful candidate will ensure accurate trade processing, coordinate with internal teams, support client onboarding, and handle operational enquiries. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and validate trade details in front-office systems across Cash Bonds, IRS, Repo, FX, FXO, IRO structured notes and primary bond allocations
• Ensure accurate trade booking and timely distribution of confirmations
• Send exercise and option fixing notifications to clients
• Maintain static data, including SSI and new fund set-up
• Coordinate with Traders, Middle Office, Back Office, Collateral and Documentation teams to resolve trade breaks, discrepancies and settlement issues
• Follow up on EMTN, Uridashi and structured note lifecycle events, including fixings, coupons and redemptions
• Support client onboarding, including KYC documentation, account opening and trading eligibility checks
• Track ISDA, CSA and other trading agreements with Legal and Documentation teams
• Maintain accurate client profiles, including SSIs, product permissions and limits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 1-3 years of experience in Middle Office Operations
• Strong knowledge of financial products, including FX, Rates, Credit, Derivatives and Structured Products
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Bloomberg and other market data tools
• Comfortable working with data, trade booking screens and operational workflows
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with front-office systems such as Murex, Summit or Sophis
