A renowned financial services company is looking for a Commercial (Sr.) Sales Associate. The selected candidate will support business development, account management, client engagement, and sales coordination across the full sales cycle. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

  • Support new business development and account management for prospects and existing clients
  • Build sales pipelines through prospecting and opportunity development
  • Manage client relationships and assigned accounts to drive commercial growth
  • Apply consultative selling to understand client needs and deliver business value
  • Coordinate with internal teams across pre-sales, contracting, and post-sales activities
  • Prepare client meeting materials, follow-ups, and market-facing events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or customer success roles in financial industry
  • Prior sales experience
  • Background in achieving goals and a keen interest in business development
  • Native level Japanese; professional level English
