A multinational provider of risk assessment and financial intelligence solutions is looking for an Associate Director – Solutions Specialist (Banking Solution). The successful candidate will lead pre-sales engagements, design banking risk solutions, and partner with clients to deliver AI-powered credit risk and lending solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end pre-sales engagements from discovery through solution design and proof of value
• Analyse client workflows and translate business challenges into solution requirements
• Deliver tailored solution demonstrations, proof of concepts, and data-driven presentations
• Design client solutions using credit risk, lending, portfolio management, and AI capabilities
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements
• Provide market feedback and product insights to support solution enhancements
• Travel up to 30% to support client meetings, workshops, and strategic opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 7-10 years of experience in commercial lending, credit risk management, portfolio management, banking regulatory frameworks, or loan origination
• Experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, client advisory, or enterprise software solution sales
• Knowledge of software architecture, AI/ML, SaaS, enterprise systems integration, and banking risk management
• Ability and willingness to travel

Preferred requirements:

• Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflows and business processes
