リスク・文書管理担当/ Risk Control & Documentation Controller

A global financial services company is looking for a Risk Control and Documentation Controller. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing documentation and identifying relevant risks. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee documentation to ensure that terms and conditions of facility documents complies to credit and legal specifications
• Ensure that all prior requirements are fulfilled
• Monitor and manage limits (Atlas II and CAT) to approved credit terms and documented agreements
• Assist in delivering system and control report enhancements by ensuring proper UAT execution
• Monitor and report on any discrepancies and the status of legal documents
• Coordinate updates on the condition subsequent, related documentation, and waivers

Requirements:

• Knowledge of financial products
• Familiarity with risk concepts and methodologies
• Understanding of credit processes
• Prior understanding of local regulations
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Professional level English and Japanese
