オペレーション/ Operations

An international asset management company is seeking an Operations professional. The successful candidate will monitor outsourced operational activities, support trade processing and reconciliation, manage fund transactions, and maintain statutory records and operational data. This is a long-term haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor outsourced BAU activities, including trade processing, fund accounting, and corporate actions for pension clients and investment funds
• Support global teams in resolving unconfirmed and failing trades
• Assist global teams in investigating and resolving reconciliation discrepancies
• Oversee operational activities involving equities, fixed income securities, bond futures, and spot and forward foreign exchange transactions
• Process capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, and redemptions for pension clients
• Process fund subscriptions and redemptions and record transactions for investment funds
• Handle overdraft interest claims, CSDR penalties, and related matters
• Maintain statutory books and records, including trade order slips and investment transaction reports
• Manage the retention of transaction, position, cash forecast, and other operational records

Requirements:

• Experience working in asset management or a trust bank
• Professional level Japanese and English
