オペレーション担当 / Operations

A global asset management company is looking for an Operations professional. The selected candidate will oversee daily fund operations, including trade processing, reconciliation, and NAV-related workflows. This is a long-term haken and hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash flow and liquidity operations
• Reconcile cash and positions with internal systems, trust banks, and global custodians
• Oversee securities pricing and support NAV calculation processes
• Process trades across bonds, equities, derivatives, and offshore funds
• Handle corporate actions, class actions, settlement issues, and related event processes
• Utilise internal and external systems, EUCs, and data sources to ensure operational accuracy

Requirements:

• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in Japanese
