貿易支援/ Trade Support

A multinational banking and financial services company is looking for a Trade Support professional. The selected candidate will provide trade controls, monitor transactions and trade events, and coordinate with Front Office, Back Office, Risk, Finance and IT teams. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first level support and controls for daily post trade activities across APAC trading and sales desks
• Validate and allocate trades, generate pre confirmations, and monitor trade matching
• Monitor irregular, late booked, amended and cancelled transactions
• Monitor fixing activities for FX and Rates products and electronic trade feeds
• Support trade lifecycle events including exercise, fixing, expiry, novation and early termination
• Resolve business partner queries and support booking amendments, cancellations and end of day reconciliation

Requirements:

• Experience with bond trade matching and foreign bond settlement processes
• Prior experience in managing products and process in Capital Markets Middle Office
• Background in Middle Office functions
• Understanding of capital market flow products (FX, Rates derivatives, Bond, Repo, Money Market, etc.)
• Familiarity with Front-to-Back process
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese
