ファンド業務リードアナリスト/ Fund Operations Lead Analyst

An international asset management company is looking for a Fund Operations Lead Analyst. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end fund operations, manage outsourced service providers, support fund lifecycle activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements. This is a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure completion and accuracy of daily net asset value calculations and pricing of Toshin-funds
• Authorise daily NAV calculations provided by the outsourced service provider
• Monitor fund cash balances and coordinate with the investment team to avoid overdrafts
• Ensure completeness of Toshin-fund regulatory reports prepared by the outsourced service provider
• Coordinate and oversee Toshin-fund audits with the outsourced service provider
• Manage operational setup for new fund launches, fund closures, and distributor additions or removals
• Refine and improve existing procedures, practices, and processes
• Assess and determine security price adoption for queries from the outsourced service provider
• Administer fund dividends in accordance with company rules
• Oversee fund audits, QI/FATCA activities, fund holiday calendars, and pricing committee operations
• Support fund documentation activities, including regular renewal of legal documents
• Ensure timely and accurate NAV dissemination and prompt issue resolution with outsourced service providers and Trust Banks

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in fund operations including fund accounting, subscriptions/redemptions, and regulatory reporting within an asset management company, Trust Bank, or outsourced service provider
• Experience resolving NAV errors and extraordinary operational matters
• Local fund accounting knowledge
• Ability to provide advice and guidance to outsourced service providers
• Native level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Understanding of performance calculation mechanisms and attribution analysis for institutional client reporting
• Proficient in English
