オペレーションマネージャー/ Operations Manager

A global insurance solutions company is looking for an Operations Manager. The selected candidate will lead operational process optimisation, project execution, KPI management, and cross-functional initiatives across the AVR value chain.

Responsibilities:

• Lead process design and optimisation across upstream planning and midstream execution
• Partner with Sales in client discussions to assess feasibility and shape operational solutions
• Manage end-to-end projects for new initiatives, process improvements, and transformation programs
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align execution plans and resolve dependencies
• Analyse KPIs to track operational performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Drive cost optimisation, risk management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in mobile device lifecycle, asset recovery, supply chain, or related industries
• Prior experience leading end-to-end operational design, transformation, or process changes across multiple functions within a corporate environment
• Proven experience as a business or operations consultant, successfully delivering planning, proposal, and execution of operational transformation initiatives
• Background in pre-sales or technical sales roles, including presenting and positioning services/solutions to clients and supporting deal shaping
• Prior background in managing cross-functional projects involving internal and external stakeholders
• Proven background in defining and managing KPIs and leveraging data analysis to drive decision-making and performance improvement
• Native level Japanese; proficient in reading and written English (business level is ideal)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in people management or team leadership (direct or indirect)
• Prior experience leveraging AI or advanced analytics in business process re-engineering (BPR) or operational improvement
