ロイヤリティプログラムマネージャー/ Loyalty Programs Manager

A global hospitality company is looking for a Loyalty Programs Manager. The selected candidate will manage programme performance, partnerships, financial planning and initiatives that support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the launch plan for the Japan co-branded card portfolio with internal and external partners
• Manage card issuer and network relationships, contracts, and quarterly business reviews
• Analyse portfolio performance and competitive trends to drive acquisition, retention, spend, engagement, and revenue
• Develop business cases and marketing campaigns to generate incremental revenue
• Manage the co-branded card P&L, budgets, and forecasts with Finance
• Collaborate with loyalty and regional teams to support member growth and align market needs with global strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 5 years of progressive experience
• Experience in loyalty programs, credit cards and global travel consumer trends
• Proven experience in strategy, consulting, professional services, or loyalty and credit card management (financial services, travel or hospitality is preferred)
• Background in driving new initiatives in a complex, global organisation
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level Japanese and English
