投資マネージャー/ Investment Manager

A renowned energy company is looking for an Investment Manager. The selected candidate will assess investment opportunities, support M&A execution, manage project financing, and analyse investment performance.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate acquisition targets, market trends, and investment opportunities
• Support financial, operational, and legal due diligence processes
• Develop financial models and valuation analyses for potential acquisitions
• Coordinate M&A project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
• Manage project finance activities, including lender coordination, financing agreements, and covenant tracking
• Prepare investment performance reports and support annual budget planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in in finance, business, economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus)
• More than 6 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or private equity covering power, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects
• Fluent level English and Japanese
