投資・事業開発会社にてプライベートエクイティ（バイアウト投資担当）の募集です。主にバイアウト投資の案件発掘やデューデリジェンス、投資交渉・実行などといったバイアウト投資業務全般を担っていただきます。プライベートエクイティファンド等での投資業務の経験をお持ちの方にご活躍いただけます。

職務内容:

  • バイアウト投資の案件発掘
  • デューデリジェンス、投資交渉・実行
  • 企業価値向上のための諸施策の実施
  • 出口戦略（イグジット）の立案および推進・実行

必須要件:

  • 下記いずれかの経験・スキル
    ‐ プライベートエクイティファンド等での投資業務
    ‐ 投資銀行業務、M＆Aアドバイザリー業務
    ‐ マーケティング、事業開発、事業運営
    ‐ 経営コンサルティング、経営企画など戦略部門業務
    ‐ 起業または企業経営
    ‐ 会計・税務関連業務（デューデリジェンス、監査等）
  • 母国語レベルの日本語力

歓迎要件:

  • 公認会計士資格
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力
