投資コーディネーター/ Investment Coordinator

A research institution is searching for an Investment Coordinator. The chosen applicant will be responsible for facilitating key external relations, public relations, and stewardship activities. This is a long-term contract and hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Organise committee meetings, including agenda setting, document preparation, and minute-taking
• Coordinate with committee members, including international participants, ensuring smooth communication and efficient meeting execution
• Act as the main point of contact for external relations and public relations efforts
• Develop communication strategies and coordinate outreach activities to promote the fund’s objectives
• Support initiatives related to the Principles for Responsible Investment and stewardship activities

Requirements:

• Advanced planning and coordination skills
• Background in finance, asset management, or a related field is preferred
• Proficient in Japanese; business level English
