BCIMマネージャー/ BCIM Manager

An international banking company is looking for a Business Continuity and Incident Management Manager. The selected candidate will oversee business continuity, major incident response, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and related risk controls. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage business continuity, incident management, and operational resilience controls in accordance with internal standards and local regulations
• Oversee business impact analyses, continuity plans, exercises, recovery sites, and annual continuity programmes
• Coordinate major incident response, threat monitoring, emergency notifications, incident documentation, and post-incident reviews
• Support operational resilience activities including service mapping, scenario testing, impact tolerance assessments, and recovery planning
• Monitor control effectiveness, resolve identified issues, prepare reports, and complete regulatory submissions
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, regional teams, risk functions, service providers, and local business units

Requirements:

• Experience in risk or control management
• Prior experience in managing incidents, training senior executives and facilitating crisis exercises
• Proven experience of working in highly regulated and complex international organisations
• Background in managing a Business Continuity & Incident Management Programs
• Knowledge of global and local Business Continuity and Incident Management requirements
• Business level Japanese and English
