Local Head of GM-OS

A multinational bank financial services company is looking for a Local Head of GM-OS. The selected candidate will oversee organisational and security operations, including facility management, procurement, business continuity, and physical security. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee GM-OS tasks and establish operational guidelines and objectives
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the GM-OS CS Tokyo team
• Manage facility operations, maintenance, and project management in line with global and local standards
• Provide physical security, procurement, and business continuity management services
• Act as the key contact for operational procurement, including vendor negotiations and KYB processes
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, or related field with a focus on IT, Security, or Building Infrastructure
• More than 8 years of experience in an organisation and security unit within the banking industry
• Proven experience in management, operations, or corporate governance within financial institutions
• Understanding of global head office processes and procedures is a plus
• Strong conflict management skills
• Possess a valid certification in Facility Management, Protection Professional, or Business Continuity Professional
• Native level Japanese; professional level English
