クライアントサービス シニアアソシエイト/ Client Service Senior Associate

A multinational financial services company is seeking a Client Service Senior Associate. The selected candidate will support and strengthen client relationships by resolving complex operational and technical issues while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Work with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and direct inquiries to appropriate resources
• Support clients in addressing and resolving operational and technical challenges
• Apply advanced problem-solving skills and sound judgment to analyse information and deliver quality service
• Provide clients with detailed information on products and services across multiple business lines
• Proactively identify client business needs and connect them with suitable internal resources
• Resolve complex or non-routine client issues efficiently
• Contribute to business development by leveraging deep client knowledge and proposing service expansions
• Lead and participate in initiatives aimed at improving client experience and internal processes
• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members
• Manage and support multiple complex client accounts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5–7 years of work experience preferred
• Experience in securities operations or client services is a plus
• Good knowledge of asset servicing products
• Fluent level English and Japanese
